Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel your booking and have all fees paid returned to you for the first 10 days after payment. If the course begins within that 10-day period, the refund will only be provided if requested THREE days before the course start date.
Following this initial 10-day period, cancellations of bookings will not be accepted unless we are able to fill your place from a waiting list.
If the course has already begun, we do not offer refunds once one third (33.3%) of the course has been completed. In the case of the Introduction to Inclusive Approaches course, this period ends three days after the first live session.
Please note that if you leave the course after this period or if you fail to attend all or any part of the course, no refund will be made and we will retain 100% of your payment.
In the unlikely case that a course must be cancelled, we reserve the right to do so up to 48 hours before the start date. In this case your full course fees will be refunded.
RESOURCE PACKS and DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
No refunds are available for digital downloads such as resource packs. Please read the description and the product preview carefully before buying.
